About Us

We at Garden State Home Care Services are a family owned and operated Home Care Agency, offering Premier Concierge-based Home Care Services throughout northern New Jersey. We are LICENSED, INSURED & BONDED, ensuring  peace of mind when entrusting us with the care of your loved ones.  

What makes us different from other Home Care Agencies is our personal approach to Home Care. We are a small family company, not a franchise or chain. We feel that operating this way gives us an advantage by giving us the opportunity to really get to know each and every client personally, instead of letting them get lost in the shuffle.  This approach also gives us a better grasp on our Aides and Nurses, as we have personal relationships with all of them, which we feel is important since these are the caregivers who will be at our clients’ homes.    


Our Director of Services, Elena Feygin, coordinates all Home Care Services, as well as all Nursing visits. Elena has a strong background in the Home Care Industry, working as a Nursing and Aide Coordinator at multiple highly respected facilities in Northern NJ. She also worked as a Certified Home Health Aide herself, and has vast knowledge of what the job entails.    


Our Administrator, David Feygin, handles all aspects of business operations such as billing, payroll, human resources, compliance, and a myriad of other Administrative duties. David has National CALA (Certified Assisted Living Administrator) certification and served as an Administrator at several Long-Term Care Facilities before joining the Garden State Home Care Services team.
